We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical
Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing IT team and lead the development and optimization of our CRM and Mar Tech tools . In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our operating units and drive business growth.

• Execute on the product strategy for CRM , aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to g ather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other business systems and applications.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
• Provide and necessary support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize their CRM effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Travel approximately 5-10 %

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility for technical direction of a SaaS/PaaS platform , preferably in the CRM or sales automation industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• A high technical acumen including the ability to understand and use technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, C#, SQL, Python, Apex, etc.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive and produce results with little or no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact seamlessly at all levels with both technical and business stakeholders.
