Responsibilities
  • Manage policy renewals and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Guide clients through the claims process when needed
  • Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options
  • Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting and office recruiting
  • Collaborate with underwriting and internal support teams
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage office operations and hire staff
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in sales, business, or personal achievements
  • Experience with developing marketing and sales plans is required
  • Background or experience in agriculture is a plus
Compensation

$125,000 at plan commission
