Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation and civil law. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys on a variety of complex legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and conducting depositions
• Attend client meetings and communicate with clients regarding case updates and developments
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff on complex legal matters
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and trial exhibits
• Serve as a legal resource for clients and other attorneys within the firm
• Attend court hearings and conferences as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in both MO & KS
• 10+ years of experience in litigation and civil law
