Associate Family Law Attorney

Our client, a well-established family law firm, is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Attorney to join their team. The Attorney will manage cases from inception to disposition, including trial work, while providing excellent client service and working with minimal oversight.

• Handle family law cases from start to finish, including trial preparation and courtroom representation
• Manage client relationships and communications professionally and effectively
• Organize, track, and maintain case files and documentation
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other necessary legal documents
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and successful completion of the bar exam
• Licensed to practice law in Kansas
• Minimum of two years of experience in family law (candidates with strong litigation experience will also be considered)
• Trial experience and ability to represent clients effectively in court
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
