Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Planner to synchronize supply with strategy. As a Demand Planner, you will be the vital link between our commercial teams and the category supply chain, ensuring our demand plans are perfectly aligned to meet business objectives. You will drive continuous improvement across our customer demand activities, influencing the pulse of our business to ensure our products reach consumers exactly when they need them.

Role

Summary

Synchronize demand with supply and drive alignment across teams, fostering effective demand planning and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Build Collaborative Demand Plan – regularly interact with commercial teams (CDT’s, customer marketing, and consumer marketing) to gather customer plans & other demand inputs; determine deviations vs. statistical demand plan, gain alignment, & document key assumptions.
  • Review Demand Plan – prepare & participate in the Monthly CBP discipline process to develop an aligned demand plan; identify, quantify & address gaps & opportunities.
  • Synchronize Supply & Demand – align the final demand plan with the supply plan; communicate supply risks, opportunities, and constraints, along with potential solutions, and detail their impact on the “unconstrained demand plan.”
  • Support New Product Planning & Life Cycle Planning – work cross‑functionally to finalize pipeline volume & first 6 months of demand for new products; track & measure actual shipments vs. documented key assumptions; collaborate with cross‑functional team to manage & communicate SKU performance and life cycle changes.
  • Measure & Track Performance – measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning process & results.
  • Communicate & Manage Demand – monitor orders and shipments regularly; identify and communicate significant changes, and facilitate the Fast Track process; differentiate actionable demand signals from distracting noise.
  • Lead Change Management Initiatives – participate in change management initiatives related to Demand Planning; communicate and implement these initiatives within the functional area; drive the integration and adoption of AI/automation initiatives into daily Demand Planning tasks.
Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or related field.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial and/or planning experience.
  • Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills and a proactive approach to leveraging technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort in presenting to cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex demand signals and interpret master data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and build relationships across diverse functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • SAP S/4 and Kinaxis systems experience.
Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: $96,800.00 - $ USD (pay determined based on experience, qualifications, and location). Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
