Company Overview
We are a full-service Moving and Junk Removal Company. We are actively growing our team for the busy season and are looking for movers who can work in small 3‑6 man teams to complete jobs efficiently.

Qualifications
- Self‑motivated

- Must be able to lift 75 pounds with a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Cell phone for scheduling
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Full time (30–40 hrs/week)
- Experience in moving, driving, labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse work is helpful
Job Summary
Professional movers who provide hands‑on labor, moving, and junk removal services for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly service—smile, eye contact, small‑talk—to all clients and teammates.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, wearing a clean uniform and friendly demeanor.
- Operate safely at all times.
- Perform daily truck inspections.
- Make logistical decisions on job planning, packing, loading, and downtime utilization.
- Lead your team by example, demonstrating core company values.
- Assist in training new hires on day‑to‑day operations and core values.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Avoid careless mistakes that could lead to damage, injury, unhappy clients, or lost equipment.
- Check‑in regularly with supervisor for assignments and troubleshooting.

Compensation
Pay Range: $11–$15 per hour (base) + client tips + company bonuses.
