Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping our community and physical plant safe, clean, and comfortable. This role handles electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs, plus exterior tasks.
The position requires interacting with residents and families, strong time management, and adherence to safety practices. Full-time schedule with weekend/holiday flexibility is expected.
