Position Overview
The Operations & Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of Boss Mud jacking. This role blends field sales, team leadership, and operational oversight. You will conduct estimates, oversee the sales process, manage our field crew, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to standard. Beyond daily operations, you will help drive growth through neighborhood outreach, referral development, and strategic partnerships.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility and direct influence over revenue, team performance, and long-term success.
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Conduct on-site estimates and present solutions confidently.
- Close residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee sales follow-up and pipeline management.
- Track KPIs including close rates, revenue targets, and job profitability.
- Ensure accurate pricing and margin discipline.
- Manage daily scheduling and field operations in coordination with crew and administrative staff.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure jobsite excellence.
- Enforce safety protocols and professional jobsite conduct.
- Monitor equipment and vehicle condition, in addition to workflow efficiency.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead and hold field crew accountable.
- Conduct performance check-ins and training.
- Foster a high-performance, solution-oriented culture.
- Set clear expectations for professionalism and customer experience.
- Develop and implement outreach/referral-driven growth strategies.
- Build partnerships with realtors, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners.
- Identify new marketing and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and expansion.
- Base Salary + Commission on closed sales.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and operational KPIs.
On-target earnings are expected to range between $60,000 and $80,000+ annually, with significant upside potential based on performance and business growth.
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Strong sales ability; comfortable closing in-person and over the phone.
- Leadership experience in construction, home services, or related field.
- Operational mindset - ability to manage both people and systems.
- High accountability and ownership mentality.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in concrete repair, foundation work, restoration, or home services.
- Prior P&L responsibility or revenue target ownership.
- Experience managing field crews.
- Background in small business operations or entrepreneurial environments.
- Competitive but disciplined.
- Organized and process-driven.
- Comfortable both in the field and behind a dashboard.
- Confident speaking with homeowners and business partners.
- Motivated by performance-based compensation.
- Interested in long-term growth and leadership opportunity.
