• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection on manufactured component parts to ensure compliance with customer requirements and blueprint specifications
• Measure with precision inspection equipment
• Document results and efficiently communicate findings or problems
• Requires the ability to learn and meet established department work instructions and procedures.
• Possess the ability to understand and learn customer blueprints
• Familiarity with or understanding the use of precision inspection instruments (e.g. micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Attendance, reliability, hardworking, and dependability are essential functions of this position.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused
• Good communication skills
• Ability to sit/stand and concentrate for long periods of time are required for this position.
• Thrives in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team with minimal supervision
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus

4:00pm - 2:30am Monday to Thursday

3-day weekends and opportunities for overtime available!

Starting wage for this position is $15.00/hour.
Pay is negotiable and based on applicant’s education and/or work experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Natoma Manufacturing.
