Compensation: $67,000 - $73,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

• Operate CNC machines with high autonomy
• Make strategic machining decisions
• Influence process optimizations
• Provide leadership and mentorship
• Develop best practices for CNC operations
• Drive improvements in fabrication workflows
• Ensure high accountability and professional standards

• 7+ years of CNC machine operation experience
• Expert in CNC machining and fabrication
• Advanced program modification skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code

• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience mentoring CNC operators
• Track record in complex fabrication work
• Proven technical leadership skills
