Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior CNC Technician to join their team!
Join a dynamic environment where your expert-level CNC machining skills will drive innovation and process optimization. This is an opportunity to collaborate across departments, influence best practices, and lead as the highest-level CNC expert. The role is open due to the need for strategic machining decisions and leadership in process improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Operate CNC machines with high autonomy
- Make strategic machining decisions
- Influence process optimizations
- Provide leadership and mentorship
- Develop best practices for CNC operations
- Drive improvements in fabrication workflows
- Ensure high accountability and professional standards
Experience:
- 7+ years of CNC machine operation experience
- Expert in CNC machining and fabrication
- Advanced program modification skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code
Skills & Experience:
- OSHA 10 certification
- Experience mentoring CNC operators
- Track record in complex fabrication work
- Proven technical leadership skills
