• Lead the development and optimization of IP network architectures to enhance performance and support subscriber growth and application growth
• Focus on moving the IP data center network to a software defined and fully autonomous system supporting virtual machine, container, and AI workload infrastructure
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business needs and operational requirements
• Oversee budget planning and cost-benefit analysis to ensure efficient use of resources and investment justification
• Integrate modern security postures and best practices into all networking solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve network quality of experience and operational efficiency
• Develop and communicate strategic technology plans and goals to stakeholders and team members
• Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering or related field (Required)
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience
• 2-4 years of People Management Experience

• Technical Architecture The ability to demonstrate depth of knowledge and skill in IP data networking, cloud, automation, and cybersecurity areas. The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach. (Required)
• Team Leadership Ability to convey confidence in employees' ability to be successful, especially at challenging new tasks; delegating significant responsibility. (Required)
• Strategic Thinking The ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations as well as the rapidly changing technological landscape and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies. (Required)

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
