This is more than a programming position. You’ll work closely with machining teams to improve processes, develop efficient manufacturing strategies, and help produce high-quality precision components.

As a CNC Programmer, you’ll:

• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and Vericut
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Develop machining strategies that improve efficiency and flexibility
• Work closely with machinists to troubleshoot and optimize production
• Select tooling and machining methods for tight-tolerance components
• Improve automation and manufacturing workflows
• Verify programs before production
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the machine shop

Depending on customer applications, programmers support machining of:

• Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Industrial Alloys

• 2+ years CNC programming experience
• 4+ years CNC machining experience
• Mastercam and Vericut proficiency (or similar software)
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong tooling and machining knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• CNC Programmer certification
• Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related degree
• Manufacturing process improvement experience
• Automation knowledge
