LSI is hiring for Shipping Associate!
Description- Read and follow job jackets to verify production completion and job/order details
- Check packing instructions and confirm items match customer specifications and order quantity
- Weigh shipments and ensure compliance with weight guidelines
- Enter shipment data into the shipping system to generate packing slips and customer documentation
- Update shipping status on job jackets and track order progression
- Process shipments via automated shipping software—selecting appropriate carriers and calculating shipping charges
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and maintain tracking and follow-up on deliveries
- Perform routine quality control to identify damage, incorrect packaging, or discrepancies before shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Wage: $16.00/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (OT AVAILABLE)
- Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
- Benefits: Vision, Dental, Health, and Life (Insurance)
