Job Title

Metal Fabricator (All Levels) – Aluminum MIG Welding

Full‑time position located in Overland Park, KS. The company is employee‑owned (ESOP).

• Build and assemble custom metal projects.
• MIG weld (primarily aluminum, some steel).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and prints.
• Grind, sand, and finish parts to quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver completed builds.

• MIG welding experience – from training or on‑the‑job.
• Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in workmanship.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced shop environment.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve skills.

• Aluminum welding experience.
• TIG welding experience.
• Custom fabrication or signage industry background.

All experience levels are considered:

• Entry‑Level: recent graduate or beginning fabricator.
• Mid‑Level: can run jobs with minimal guidance.
