About the Role

The Mar Tech Intern will gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our Corporate Marketing function, focusing on the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience.

The Mar Tech Intern will work directly with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Customer Experience and Martech teams, gaining experience through a variety of projects related to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing. This individual should be adaptable, detail-oriented, highly analytical and motivated, with a keen interest in how the technology side of Marketing, Automation and Customer Experience is ideal. They should also be a critical, analytical thinker

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assisting in the development and execution of automated customer treatment journeys across channels like email, SMS, and direct mail, using marketing automation systems (e.g., Iterable, Braze).

* Providing support for our ongoing Quality Assurance (QA) and auditing processes, with a focus on customer-facing technology and experience.

* Contributing to the development and refinement of Content Strategy across digital channels.

* Gaining exposure to Product Marketing processes, assisting with tasks related to product positioning and messaging within marketing campaigns.

* Contribute to special projects as needed.

* Attend relevant meetings with key internal stakeholders, and partners.

Skills/Abilities:

* Strong interest in Marketing Technology (Mar Tech), automation systems, data, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) best practices.

* Ability to receive coaching and a desire to enhance learning.

* Has a self-starter attitude with a high level of motivation.

* Ability to adapt and use new technologies in the workplace.

Education and Experience:

* Availability starting Summer 2026 From May 18th - August 7th

* Currently enrolled in Junior or Senior year of college/university

* Degree focused in Marketing, Marketing Analytics and/or Marketing Technology

* Ability to work in our Overland Park, KS office for the duration of the internship.

Physical Requirements:

* Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
