We have an immediate opening fora Digital Account Manager in our Overland Park, KS office. The Digital Account Manager will use data and reporting tools to support campaign performance tracking, dashboard management, and insight development. This role serves as a key point of coordination across internal teams and will support client communication related to campaign performance, briefs, and ongoing account needs.
This position requires a foundational understanding of digital media and programmatic advertising, along with strong analytical skills. The Digital Account Manager will help drive operational efficiency through platform knowledge, reporting accuracy, automation, and actionable performance insights.
Travel Desk
is a travel-focused media partner delivering world-class multi-channel campaigns for travel and tourism companies worldwide. We combine travel-specific experience with proprietary data and extensive distribution options to helpour travel-sector clientsdeliver on their business and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including key client contacts, design teams, advertising operations, and development teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Lead end to end project management of campaign activations across all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal partners to organize and route creative deliverables to the Travel Desk team in support of ongoing projects.
- Own and deliver monthly insight reports, PCA documents, and measurement decks, ensuring accuracy and actionable recommendations.
- Lead kick off calls for key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for performance related questions.
- Present PCA findings to clients across key accounts, increasing visibility and strengthening long term client relationships.
- Ensure monthly billings for key accounts are reconciled accurately andsubmitted in line with established deadlines.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in campaign or account management,
including internships
. Experience in programmatic or digital media preferred. - Exposure toprogrammatic or digital media campaigns through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
- Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting automation. Experience working within Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.
- High attention to detail with a passion for producingaccurate, insightful, and visually engaging reports.
- A proactiveself starterwhoidentifiesopportunities to improve ways of working, including streamlining processes, improving reporting efficiencies, and creating clear, client friendly content and communications.
- Process driven and highly organized, with a structured and methodical approach to managing multiple projects.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced, multitasked environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear and compelling insights.
- Friendly, approachable, and client focused, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
