Ride Digital is a digital marketing agency located in Overland Park. We help local businesses grow through cost-effective strategies with a focus on web design, SEO & search advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. We serve more than 75 clients in many different industries including RV and marine dealerships, financial companies, medical offices, and more.
We are a close-knit, small team who focuses on having fun while working hard to give our clients the best results possible. Because of our small size, each team member has a direct impact on our growth and we encourage everyone to contribute ideas as we plan for our future. The Account Manager will be tasked with being an ambassador for our clients and ensuring they are receiving the high-quality customer service that we have built our business around.
Job Duties:
- Set up meetings with clients to discuss goals, strategies, and performance
- Distribute support requests and communicate timelines to clients and team members
- Field inbound calls and troubleshoot issues in regard to the website or marketing services
- Able to manage time efficiently to complete tasks and respond to clients in a timely manner
- Send out monthly reports to clients with the ability to analyze analytics and discuss with the client
- Maintain a high level of communication between all team members as well as clients
Our Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related fields.
- 1-5 years of work experience in account management, digital marketing, or customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal team as well as external clients.
- Independent work ethic demonstrating efficiency, organization, and flexibility with the ability to work well within a marketing team.
You must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based. Proof of eligibility will be required before any offer of employment is finalized. Ride Digital does not sponsor visas. Applicants must have the necessary work authorization at the time of application.
