Donor Engagement Manager
REPORTS TO:
Director of Development
STATUS:
Part-time Non-Exempt
This position will serve the mission of Zoe’s House Adoption Agency by performing duties related to assisting with Donor Development and events.
JOB DUTIES- Weekly and monthly donor cultivation tasks, including Donor Development emails and communication
- Upkeep of donor database
- Coordinate events administratively under the direction of the Director of Development and/or Executive Director as needed
- Project management of printing for Donor Development marketing, events, and special projects
- Oversee the creation of requested giving reports and statistics
- Oversee coordination of the Administrative Calendar for communication, including the Fall Campaign
- Explore new forms of communication with donors
- Perform special assignments, projects, and other duties as needed
- Create slide decks for events, proposals, and special projects
- Highly administrative and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft 365, and Google Drive
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design programs
- Previous fundraising, marketing, or administrative work is a plus
- A thorough understanding of the Zoe’s House mission, and alignment with our Statement of Faith (found on our website)
- Ability to relate positively, influentially, and sensitively to a broad spectrum of persons in a variety of multi-tiered relationships and settings, including but not limited to donors, families, national agencies, staff, vendors, board, and business people
- Ability to be a self-starter and self-motivated, as well as appropriately prioritize projects and tasks
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Requires the ability to walk, stand, and sit, sometimes for prolonged periods of time
- Requires the ability to listen, hear, talk, use hands to type or handle and feel, and to reach with arms and hands for prolonged periods of time.
