Clinical Team Leader SummaryThe Clinical Team Leader will primarily be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of hospice care as well as the oversight and evaluation of such care with the goal of continuous improvement. The CTL will be assisting with orientation, training, and ongoing evaluation of qualified employees who provide patient/family care in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Interim Health Care Hospice policies and procedures.
The Clinical Team Leader position is a unique leadership role that is field/office work combined and focuses on mentoring and coaching field staff.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Active license to practice as an RN in MO and KS.
- Three (3) years of hospice experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred.
- Three (3) years of hospice or related health care organization experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years.
- Three (3) years of leadership experience
- Able to effectively communicate with clinical and non-clinical employees, patients and family/caregivers.
- Able to effectively manage conflict and change.
- Must have a passion for Hospice.
- Must have Hospice experience.
