Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med Surg 5W

Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Up to $2,000 for part-time and full-time caregivers

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; must hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Comparable education experience and successful licensure may be considered.
• Experience: New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)
• LPN‑IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements)

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance
• Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
