Must-Have:
- Work experience in MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, and Neuro Stepdown.
- Skills in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias.
- Experience in pre/post cardiac catheterization care.
- Knowledge of sepsis management, wound care, renal failure, AFIB, GI bleeds, strokes, and COVID care.

Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit.
The nurse will be responsible for patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The nurse will provide nursing care to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
The nurse will monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in condition.
Responsibilities include managing patient medications and treatments.
The nurse will perform necessary assessments and document appropriately.
The nurse must be able to float between units as needed.
Weekend shifts will be required, with a minimum of 8 shifts every six weeks.
Holiday shifts may also be needed based on unit demands.
Previous charge nurse experience is preferred but not required.
A willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams is essential.
Candidates should be adaptable to different clinical settings.
