Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a progressive care unit specializing in rehabilitation.
The unit focuses on providing high-quality care for patients with rehabilitation needs.
Average daily census ranges from 24 to 30 patients.
The facility has 30 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patients and administering medications.
Skills in telemetry monitoring and blood glucose management are essential.
Nurses will also perform various procedures including central line care and administration of blood products.
Candidates should have strong assessment skills and be capable of patient teaching and education.
Weekend shifts are required, with a minimum of eight weekend shifts every six weeks.
Regular floating between departments may be required to meet facility needs.
All nursing staff are expected to adhere to infection prevention protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
Successful candidates will undergo a drug screening and must comply with all health and safety regulations.
