Registered Nurse Pain Clinic

Menorah Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient‑centered care in our Pain Clinic.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with departmental requirements and state specialty standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, follow the nursing model "Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage," and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

• Assess the patient’s condition at admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and document care administration thoroughly and timely.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and act appropriately if an unintended reaction occurs.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring full understanding.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
