Position: Hospice Registered Nurse. Job in Overland Park Lily Lifestyle Jobs

We are hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse at HCA Midwest Hospice & Family Care, a leading provider of healthcare services.

Overview

Hospice & Family Care provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support for patients and families while they navigate the end‑of‑life journey. Our care teams include physicians, nurses, therapists, hospice aides, social workers and volunteers.

Responsibilities
  • Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end‑of‑life care.
  • Participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting identified needs to the interdisciplinary group, including Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, and Chaplain.
  • Provide appropriate pain/symptom management.
Qualifications
  • (RN) Registered Nurse.
  • (DL) Driver License.
  • Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
Experience & Travel

1 year of experience required. Occasional intermittent travel required.
