We are seeking a dedicated RN – Registered Nurse to join our team! The RN is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community and for effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.

• Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
• Make daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the resident’s condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
• Follow infection control guidelines.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Assess and evaluate resident changes in condition and institute appropriate interventions.
• Communicate with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow‑through; maintain hand‑off communications with oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure staff complete tasks and cares as assigned.
• Speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner.
• Apply principles of basic general math.

• Graduate from an accredited school and be currently licensed in the state of work without encumbrance; responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements.
• Preferably 1–2 years of previous nursing experience in Long Term Care and/or a Skilled Nursing Facility, though not required.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
