Job Overview

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Neph Metabolic) you will influence patient care and support the unit's delivery of high quality, patient-centered services.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improve clinical outcomes.
• Support a patient‑first philosophy, engaging in service recovery as needed.
• Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement, including employee rounding and hourly rounds.
• Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
• Recommend and implement actions related to training, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control by managing supplies and equipment.

• Registered Nurse with RN diploma.
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• No travel required.
