Licensed Practical Nurse

Seeking a LPN that provides direct patient care and observation. This includes surgical room turnover between cases, patient admissions and discharge, collections and recording of pertinent clinical data, assisting with the transport of patients, all while under the direction of the Registered Nurse. You will be a valued team player.

• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer of your patients
• Facilitate effective and efficient transition between surgical procedure rooms
• Utilize your personal protective equipment and appropriately handle the disposal of biohazardous materials and wastes
• Prepare your procedure room for use the following day by setting up
• Assist in preparing your operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
• 1 year experience in an operating room setting; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
• Must be licensed as a LPN in accordance with state regulations

Kansas City Urology Surgery Center – Kansas City, MO

The newest member of Surgery Ventures Group powered by HCA Healthcare, opening in Spring 2026. The state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center is dedicated exclusively to urological care and features four operating rooms, two specialty procedure rooms, and five local procedure rooms. The center will be staffed by a highly skilled team of registered nurses, OR techs, and ancillary support, and is conveniently located at I-435 and Nall for easy access.
