Clinical Supervisor - Breast Center

Job Description

Saint Luke's South has an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Breast Center.

• Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the unit, including all personnel related aspects of the department.
• Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Acts as a resource for staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling staff development, and other special projects.
• Assesses learning needs and plans, implements, and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff in the department.
• Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of a professional practice environment.
• Must be full time and have flexibility to meet the unit needs.

• Registered Nurse (KS) with 1 year of experience.
• National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Full-time day shift employment (United States of America).

• Certified Nurse Navigator.
• 3 years of experience.
