Kiowa District Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long-Term Care team.

What You'll DoProvide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately while monitoring resident response.

Serve as a Charge Nurse, coordinating resident care and supporting nursing assistants and other team members.

Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate concerns to providers and the interdisciplinary care team.

Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.

Assist with care planning and resident education.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the medical record.

Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Support a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence throughout the facility.

What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.

Current BLS certification.

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service.
