Nurse Practitioner

The Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality mental healthcare within a collaborative team including physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals.

Evaluate, diagnose, monitor, and manage patients using advanced assessment skills and clinical therapeutics in collaboration with a supervising physician.

Post-graduate degree, advanced practice licensure, BLS, ACLS. No prior experience required.

Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, analytical, computer proficiency (Excel, medical charting), and strong written skills.

Ability to manage stress, make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work independently in various environments. Physical demands include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity, with exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases.
