Job Description

Our Advance Urology Associate Clinic is now seeking an LPN to join their team! The position is full-time day shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. No weekends or holidays. Candidates must be LPN in MO or KS. A background in urology and experience with catheter placement/exchange are preferred.

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Perform telephone triage, manage patient flow, and coordinate patient care.
• Schedule emergent appointments and identify educational needs for patients and families, offering advice and recommendations.
• Insert intravenous access for medication administration and perform other duties as assigned.
• Delegate tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and scope of practice.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing.
• Enter admission orders as directed by provider.
• Manage expired samples.
• Work effectively in a team atmosphere and independently.
• Maintain excellent customer‑service skills and a professional demeanor at all times.

• Minimum 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Licensed Practical Nurse with various associate degrees.
• Preferred urology background and experience with catheter placement/exchange.

Full-time day shift in the United States of America.
