• Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required (Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night)
• No on-call obligation
• May float to other units as needed

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med‑Surg/Oncology experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical decision‑making and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic settings

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care on the MSU Oncology unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Directly support and educate patients and their families throughout the care process
• Adapt to floating requirements, maintaining a high standard of care across units
