What You'll Do:

  • Oversee nursing assistants to ensure excellent care.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately.
  • Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Monitor and ensure safety, compliance, and infection control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

What You Need:

Active LPN License (in good standing in the state of KS) CPR Certification required Long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
