Saint Luke's South Hospital – Overland Park, KS
Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
ScheduleFull Time, 36 hours per week, Nights
Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered nursing care with compassion and empathy.
- Lead and support team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Perform the nursing process and perform patient care tasks.
- Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
- Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
- Consult with other health‑care team members when indicated to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist Intensivists, NPs, and nursing assistants during shifts.
- Work with Respiratory Therapy available at night.
- Experience:
Less than 1 year of ICU nursing experience. - Certification:
Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. - Registered Nurse license with an Associate Degree.
Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts.
