• Number of Beds: 16
• Number of Staff: 20
• Day Shift: 1 Charge 1-2 other RNs
• Night Shift: 1 Point person 1-2 other RNs
• 1 LPN each shift if full at 15/16 patients
• 1 PCT each shift if full at 15/16 patients
• No PIC

Documentation system: EMR
- Meditech

Scheduling requirements: 3 12‑hour shifts, rotating every 3rd weekend

Floating policy: any medical floor

Patient Experience requirements: rehab documentation knowledge is preferred

Certifications:

• CRRN certification (preferred)

Requested Skill Set:
Must have BLS

Advanced skills needed: ACLS or PALS (nice to have)

Basic Dysthymia class (nice to have)

• Post stroke patients
• Surgical patients (neuro or ortho)
• Medical patients that need increased therapy

Required uniform:
Scrub Color/Attire – Royal blue top and bottom and/or could have black scrub bottoms (Required uniform)
