Job Description
Saint Luke’s South in Overland Park is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our progressive care unit team. We look for positive nurses who are patient-centered and enjoy teamwork, and who are passionate about expanding their skills.
Shift Details- Full Time – Days
- Hours:
6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. (36 hours per week)
- Utilize the nursing process.
- Perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient‑care staff.
- Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other health‑care team members, when indicated, to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and positive nurses who enjoy empowering and teaching others.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Registered Nurse license.
- Associate degree in nursing.
