Ascend Hospice is seeking an RN on-call to provide skilled hospice nursing services during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (8:00 pm–8:30 am). You will perform the full nursing process, assess patients, manage pain and symptoms, and coordinate with physicians and care teams.
You must hold a state RN license and a nursing degree, with hospice or home health experience and strong documentation and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally are required.
