Registered Nurse - Perinatal and Maternal Newborn

Role:

Registered Nurse in the Perinatal and Maternal Newborn Float Pool, providing high-quality patient care across multiple specialties including high-risk pregnancies, neonatal care, postpartum recovery, and surgical procedures.

Perform therapeutic and administrative nursing duties under the Nurse Manager’s guidance, support patient recovery, and ensure efficient care delivery in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a positive work culture.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license or compact license, and maintain BLS certification. NRP certification required within one month, with ACLS and PALS for specific specialties. Previous experience in Mother Baby, Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, or Women’s Surgery is preferred.

Manage patient care in diverse obstetric and neonatal settings, utilize critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills, and adapt to a high-volume environment. Participate in ongoing learning and professional development, supported by educational programs and certifications.
