Interim Health Care Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our hospice team in the Prairie Village, Merriam, KS area and surrounding communities. You will coordinate patient care, conduct assessments, and educate families to help patients find comfort and closure at home.
Qualified candidates have RN licensure in KS/MO or a multistate compact and at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in hospice or related settings.
