Interim Health Care Hospice in Kansas is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to join our growing hospice team. You will manage and coordinate patient care, complete assessments, and develop individualized plans of care.
Requirements include a current RN license in KS and MO or multistate license, at least 12 months of RN experience, hospice or palliative care preferred, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
