Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an RN to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes in the Overland Park area. You will guide families through care decisions with empathy, coordinate with the hospice team, and adjust plans of care as needed.
Active Kansas or Compact RN license is required; hospice experience is preferred but we will train the right nurse. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are also required.
