The Emergency Department at Saint Luke's South Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN in our Emergency Department, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment that demands critical thinking and skilled care delivery. You will collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals to treat complex, acute cases that require timely and coordinated responses.

Full Time Nights (7p-7a). In‑hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and supervising other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to treat complex, acute cases. Provide timely, coordinated patient care. Delegate tasks and supervise staff. Coordinate patient care plans and consult with team members. Maintain proficiency in nursing process and adherence to policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

• RN license in Kansas (or compact state)
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Associate Degree
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
