Role:
Registered Nurse Neuro Trauma
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized neuro trauma unit. Assess patient conditions, perform procedures, administer medications, and document care accurately. Respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments, and advocate for patient well-being. Collaborate with the care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- active RN license in practice state(s)
- BLS certification
- at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in acute care.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and compassionate care skills are essential.
- Conduct patient assessments
- monitor changes
- perform provider-ordered procedures
- ensure thorough documentation
- educate patients and families
- and work within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Full-time day shifts with rotating weekends in a 20-bed neuro trauma unit offering specialized neuro/trauma experience.
