The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
The ADON will provide hands-on clinical leadership, assist with staffing and scheduling, support nursing staff, monitor clinical performance, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and help maintain compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinical nurse leader who leads by example, communicates well, holds staff accountable, and knows how to build a positive nursing culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations
