Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Assist with critical treatments and procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to determine immediate needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and handle multiple priorities.
