Legacy Hospice seeks a compassionate Visit Registered Nurse (VRN) to join our in-home care team in Kansas. You will support RN Case Managers, perform focused nursing assessments, and respond promptly to urgent patient needs.
Responsibilities include developing and updating care plans, administering medications, educating families, and documenting care accurately. A valid RN license and BLS are required; CHPN/BSN preferred.
