Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Overland Park, Kansas

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | Projected Start:
August 2026

• Provide direct patient care on a Labor and Delivery unit following AWHONN staffing guidelines (1:1 for laboring and recovery patients)
• Perform and assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Operate and interpret fetal monitoring equipment and OR equipment
• Utilize electronic medical records system (CPN/GE) for accurate documentation
• Float to Mother Baby and Women's Surgery units as needed
• Adhere to a culture of caring and compassion in all patient interactions

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with fetal monitoring equipment

• OR circulation experience for cesarean sections
• Experience catching newborns
• Antepartum nursing experience

• Work within a well-staffed, supportive Labor and Delivery unit with a strong team culture centered on compassion and quality care
• No on-call requirements with this assignment
