Long Term Healthcare is seeking an organized MDS Nurse / MDS Coordinator to manage the MDS/RAI process and care planning. You will work closely with nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and physicians to translate resident data into accurate, person-centered plans.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI processes, and regulatory requirements, with attention to detail and excellent deadlines management.
