Location:
Overland Park, KS Position: 1:1 Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday Friday Assignment: School Year
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing support to a medically fragile student in a school setting in Overland Park, KS.
Position Details
- Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and medical support throughout the school day
- Monitor the students health and respond to medical needs as they arise
- Accompany the student during bus transportation to and from school
- Communicate with school staff, family, and healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow the students care plan
- Help ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment
Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license
- Pediatric and/or medically fragile experience preferred
- School nursing experience is a plus
- Comfortable providing care during student transportation
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
This is a contracted school-based position for the school year.
